I seam to recall settings up several of these Grandstream GWX’s and being able to assign more than 8 accounts in EPM. After a few years I’m installing more but when I go to assign the extension to these devices it’s only showing 8 available accounts. I’m using a 16 port device now but I’ve also got some 24 port and 48 port units to do as well. How do I get EPM to show all the available accounts on the device? I have the correct make/model selected.
